Nature of Our Services
Our service provides health education, healthcare navigation, and general information about health and wellness. We do not provide medical diagnoses or treatment, and our service is not a substitute for professional medical care. All consultations are for informational purposes only.

Because we reserve preparation time for each consultation, please understand that refunds are generally not available once a consultation has taken place.
✓ Situations Eligible for a Refund
- In the event of a billing error
- If an appointment is cancelled due to our company's circumstances
- If your appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
✗ Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
- If the consultation has already been conducted
- Failure to attend the appointment without prior notice (no-show)
- If the reason is that the content did not meet your subjective expectations
* If any questions or concerns arise during your consultation, please let us know immediately so we can address them in real-time.

- Cancellations or scheduling changes made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment are free of charge.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a late fee equal to 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable and will be billed at the full service rate.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your specific financial institution or credit card issuer.
