Refund Policy
1. Nature of Services
Our service provides education, care navigation, and general health guidance.
We do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical professionals.
All consultations are informational only.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Because our services involve professional time and personalized preparation, refunds are generally not issued after a consultation has taken place.
Refunds may be approved under the following conditions:

You were charged in error.

Your appointment was cancelled by us.

You cancelled at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Refunds cannot be issued if:

The session has already been conducted.

You missed the appointment without notice (no-show).

You are dissatisfied with information that does not align with your expectations.
(We encourage discussing concerns during your session.)
3. Appointment Cancellation

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment with no penalty.

Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.

No-show appointments are non-refundable and will be charged the full fee

5. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
