We do not provide diagnoses, treatment, or prescriptions.

Terms & Conditions - the basics

1. Service scope

The service offers health education, wellness guidance, and support for navigating the medical system.

This service does not provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or prescription services. All sessions and information provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Nothing provided during the consultation should be interpreted as

A medical diagnosis
A treatment plan
A prescription or medication adjustment
A substitute for care provided by a licensed physician

Clients are advised to consult a licensed medical provider for any medical concerns, urgent symptoms, or treatment decisions.

3. Client responsibility

They are responsible for their own health decision
They seek emergency or in-person medical care when needed
They will not delay, disregard, or replace medical advice from their physician based on this service.

4. No Emergency services

This service does not handle emergencies. if you are experiencing chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe pain, sudden weakness, or any medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

5. Confidentiality

We are not a HIPAA-covered entity.
However, we protect your personal information under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) and other applicable privacy laws.
We do not share or sell your personal data.
Any medical information you choose to share is used only for the purpose of health navigation and consultation support.

6. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are not provided after a consultation has taken place.

Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event.

7. Jurisdiction

This service is operated from the United States. Use of this service indicates agreement that any legal matters will be handled under U.S. Jurisdiction.

8. Agreement

By scheduling, attending, or participating in any consultation, the client acknowledges that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
